Can you reproduce my logo exactly?

Yes, our digitization process reproduces your logo, artwork, and fonts precisely. We also create a sample and send you an image of the logo for your approval before we embroider your personalized capes. This way you can be certain your custom barber cape or customized salon capes will exceed your expectations.

Are there any setup fees for custom smocks & capes?

There is a one-time $100 set up fee for first time orders to prepare your logo to be embroidered. You only pay this fee one time because we will already have your logo on file whenever you reorder. The setup fee is waived on orders of 24 garments or more. Call us at 800-682-4269 or Email Us and we will be glad to discuss your job details and give you a precise quote. How long will it take to complete my order?

For first time customers, you can expect the finished garments to be delivered ~3 weeks from the date the order is placed. Reorders are delivered ~2 weeks from the order date.

I'm ready to order my custom salon garments. How do I get started?

Add the garments you want to customize to your order and then visit our Custom Embroidery area to add your embroidery fees.

Call us anytime at 800-682-4269 and we will answer any questions you have and get your order moving ahead quickly, or send us your logo/artwork at artwork@saloncapes.com with your name and number and we will get your order started right away.
