When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose, and you will be able to change your shipping option during the checkout process if you like.
Since we almost always have all our Capes, Smocks, and Aprons in stock, we ship most orders the same or the next day.

Returns

You may return any new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Saloncapes.com will not return or exchange any embroidered merchandise that was approved by the customer prior to production.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 1 business day of receiving your return shipment.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Past Orders" link in the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also call us for assistance at anytime by calling (800) 682 4269.
