SalonCapes garments are made for the demands of professional salon and barber use. We stand behind the quality of our materials and construction with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a SalonCapes product develops a covered manufacturing defect within one year of the original purchase date, contact us and we will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
What the Warranty Covers
Our 1-year warranty covers defects related to the materials or construction of the garment that affect its intended use.
Examples may include:
- Defective stitching or seams
- Manufacturing-related snap or closure failure
- Material defects attributable to production
- Other workmanship problems occurring under normal professional use
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, improper care, accidents, or conditions unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
This includes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
- Cuts, punctures, tears, or snags caused during use
- Chemical or heat damage resulting from improper use or handling
- Damage caused by tools, equipment, furniture, or other outside objects
- Misuse, alteration, or modification of the garment
- Cosmetic changes that occur through normal use and laundering
