Frequently Asked Questions

Does the $10 embroidery charge include the garment?

No. This is a customization service only. The cape, robe, smock, or apron must be purchased separately.

How do I submit my logo?

After you place your order, we’ll send you an email requesting your logo file and any artwork information we need to prepare your embroidery.

If you prefer, you can also send your logo after ordering to artwork@saloncapes.com. Please include your name and order number so we can match the artwork to your order.

How many embroidery services should I add?

Add one $10 embroidery service for each eligible garment you want embroidered, unless you are selecting embroidery directly through the garment product option.

Do I also need the $100 logo setup fee?

You need logo setup if this is your first embroidery order using new artwork. If the same approved logo is already on file, you do not need to pay the setup fee again.

Is the setup fee waived for larger orders?

Yes. The setup fee is waived on qualifying embroidery orders of 24 or more garments.

How long does custom embroidery take?

First-time embroidered orders typically require approximately three weeks. Repeat orders using the same approved logo are generally closer to two weeks.
