One-Time Logo Setup for Custom Embroidery

The SalonCapes Embroidery Setup Fee covers the one-time preparation required to convert your logo or artwork into an embroidery-ready file for use on eligible SalonCapes garments.

This $100 setup fee is required only for first-time embroidery orders using a new logo. If we already have the same approved logo on file for your salon or barbershop, you do not need to pay the setup fee again.

The setup fee is waived on qualifying embroidery orders of 24 or more garments. After setup, add embroidery to each eligible cape, client robe, smock, or apron you want customized.

Repeat embroidery orders using the same approved logo already on file are generally closer to two weeks.

Shipping

Embroidery setup is a customization service and is not shipped separately. Your completed embroidered garments ship together once customization is finished.

Warranty

The embroidery setup fee covers preparation of your logo for production. Warranty coverage for the garments themselves is provided according to the standard SalonCapes garment warranty terms.

Do I need to pay the embroidery setup fee every time I order?

No. The $100 setup fee is generally required only the first time we prepare a new logo or artwork for embroidery. If the same approved logo is already on file, you do not need to pay the setup fee again.

How do I submit my logo?

After you place your order, we’ll send you an email requesting your logo file and any artwork information we need to prepare your embroidery.

If you prefer, you can also send your logo after ordering to artwork@saloncapes.com. Please include your name and order number so we can match the artwork to your order.

When is the embroidery setup fee waived?
