Add custom embroidery to eligible SalonCapes capes, client robes, smocks, and aprons. First-time embroidery orders require a one-time logo setup fee plus a per-garment embroidery charge. The setup fee is waived on qualifying orders of 24 or more garments, and returning customers with a logo already on file do not need to pay the setup fee again.

How Custom Embroidery Works

Adding your salon, barbershop, school, or business logo to eligible SalonCapes garments is a straightforward process. Choose the garments you want to customize, add the embroidery services required for your order, and provide your logo artwork so we can prepare it for embroidery.

1. Choose Your Garments

Select the eligible SalonCapes capes, client robes, smocks, or aprons you want embroidered.

2. Add Logo Setup

First-time embroidery orders require a one-time logo setup so your artwork can be prepared for embroidery. Returning customers with the same logo already on file do not need to repeat the setup.

3. Add Embroidery for Each Garment

Add the per-garment embroidery service for each item in your order that will receive your custom logo.

4. Submit Your Logo Artwork

Provide your logo or artwork so it can be prepared for production and matched to your custom embroidery order.

Custom Embroidery Pricing & Setup

Custom embroidery pricing includes a one-time logo setup for first-time orders and a per-garment embroidery charge. Larger qualifying orders can avoid the setup fee, and returning customers using a logo already on file do not need to pay the setup fee again.

$100 One-Time Logo Setup

First-time embroidery orders require a $100 setup fee to prepare your logo or artwork for embroidery production.

$10 Per Embroidered Garment

Add the $10 embroidery service for each eligible SalonCapes garment in your order that will receive your custom logo.

Setup Fee Waived on 24+ Garments

The one-time setup fee is waived when your embroidery order includes 24 or more qualifying garments.

No Repeat Setup Fee for Logos on File

If you reorder using the same logo that is already on file, you do not need to pay the one-time setup fee again.

Do I have to pay the logo setup fee again when I reorder?

No. If your logo is already on file and you are reordering with the same artwork, you do not need to pay the one-time logo setup fee again.

How do I send SalonCapes my logo or artwork?

Email your logo or artwork to artwork@saloncapes.com after placing your embroidery order. We will use the artwork to prepare your logo for embroidery production. You will also receive an email from us after placing your order, reminding you to send your logo for setup.

What SalonCapes garments can be embroidered?

Custom embroidery is available on eligible SalonCapes capes, client robes and smocks, and professional aprons. Choose the garments you want to customize before adding the required embroidery services to your order.

How do I order custom embroidery?

Choose the eligible SalonCapes garments you want, add the one-time logo setup service if this is your first embroidery order, and add one per-garment embroidery service for each garment being customized. Then send your logo artwork to artwork@saloncapes.com.

Is the embroidery setup fee waived for larger orders?

Yes. The $100 one-time logo setup fee is waived on qualifying embroidery orders of 24 or more garments.
